Upskirt photo at Yakima Mall leads to deportation
YAKIMA, Wash. —

A man who used a cell phone to take a photo up the skirt of a woman at the Yakima Valley Mall pleaded guilty to voyeurism and will be deported.

The 26-year-old man, Jose Luis Mendoza Castaneda, was sentenced Monday to 90 days in jail, which he has already served while awaiting trial.

He remains in custody waiting for federal authorities to deport him to Mexico.

A security officer at a Macy's store witnessed Castaneda take the photo in February when a clerk bent over to put away merchandise.
