North American Union: Wanted Dead or Alive

In this commentary there is a certain amount of skepticism mixed with cautious optimism. Have a handful of brave, dedicated, concerned citizens and action groups slayed the North American Union monster? It is true that we have been afforded a sort of reprieve, and have been given a little breathing room. We might have the globalists on the ropes, but they aren’t about to throw in the towel just yet. They are in their corner regrouping, retooling, plotting a different strategy, looking for a weakness. They are predators, conniving, ruthless, arrogantly confident and at the same time highly motivated. Much of their agenda has already been achieved incrementally. At the same time, they are only human and make mistakes, and they can be defeated. They were counting on a dumbed down uninformed public, and what they got was resistance to their plans to create a North American Union.

The secrecy surrounding the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) and the vigour in which it was first launched might have very well been its undoing. The SPP might be doomed, but a North American Union still remains a priority, even if it does have to be placed on the back burner temporarily. Before the last Leader Summit in New Orleans, it was apparent that the agenda of deeper continental integration was in trouble. In many ways, we have managed to stall a North American Union, but we should not be lulled into a false sense of security. Don’t believe for a moment that the global elite have abandoned this vision.

This brings me to a recent article by Robert A Pastor that appeared in the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) magazine Foreign Affairs. Pastor is considered one of the leading proponents and architects of a North American Community.
