Illegal Immigrants hidden in wodden panels of truck
By Concetta Callahan
Story Updated: May 17, 2009
Border patrol agents stopped another human smuggling attempt on Thursday.
Agents attempted to stop a pickup truck that tried to avoid the I-35 checkpoint by driving on the access road.
Agents followed the truck and witnessed several subjects hidden beneath some wooden panels in the bed of the truck.
When the driver finally did pull over, the subjects jumped out of the vehicle and ran into surrounding bushes.
Agents searched the brush and apprehended 18 subjects who were all determined to be undocumented immigrants.

It must have been a big vehicle to hide 18 people beneath the bed of the truck.

Good Job Guys
If I were there I would buy all the agents beers for a job well done in protecting America. Keep up the good work in protecting our borders.

It never ceases to amaze me how many they are able to cram in these vehicles. I'm afraid I'd panic. Not to fond of small spaces and alot of people.
