    Police discover busload of illegal immigrants while conducting sobriety checkpoint

    While staffing a sobriety checkpoint Friday night in Granby, police came across a bus owned by Zapala Farms of Fulton, loaded with illegal immigrants. State police, US border patrol and the Oswego County Sheriff's Department staffed the multi-agency sobriety checkpoint.

    At approximately 9:25 pm the bus entered the checkpoint heading west. Upon questioning by US border patrol agents, it was determined that the bus contained 22 illegal aliens from Mexico and Guatemala.

    All subjects were taken into custody without further incident and transported to the US border patrol station in Oswego for processing.

    Great job HomeLand Security. Now illegals are taking bus tours around America. I wonder if they were shopping for the best benefit package?

    The check point approach is having an effect! Yet until we seal the Border and enforce our laws, the bus will be filled again with it's human cargo.

    You think...I have been calling for two years...about buses...it is blatant and open in Texas...I would count for one hr...on I35...no less than five buses Mexican Charter heading North... all year around...clearly colonizing our Country...It was a never seen before phenomena
