Pickens County Coroner James Mahanes has identified a man who drowned while swimming in Lake Keowee Saturday.
Mario Aguelar Commancho, who is thought to be 33, was swimming in the cove at Warpath Landing when friends noticed he was no longer there, Mahanes said.
After calling 9-1-1 at around 1:45 p.m., divers found the man in 20 feet of water.

Here goes another aclu lawsuit I can see it now they will probably sue saying this mans civil liberties were violated because there weren't any no swimming signs posted in spanish or it was the states fault because he didn't have proper identification on him.
I would like to note that it is allways a sad time when a human being looses thier life and that I do not wish death on any human being,my only wish is that our government would start enforcing our immigration laws to stop this invasion. We can't deport them all ? Just think of the fun we could have trying!

Theres more to the story though, This from the WYFF web site:
PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. -- Pickens sheriff's deputies said that a man who drowned in Lake Keowee on Saturday had entered the United States illegally for the sixth time -- just weeks before his death.
Mario Aguelar Comacho, 33, was swimming in a cove near Six Mile when he went under water and did not resurface.
The drowning happened at about 1:45 p.m. in an area off Warpath Road in Pickens County.
On Monday, deputies said that they first learned of Comacho’s illegal U.S. entries in November 2007 when he was arrested on charges of public disorderly conduct and malicious damage to personal property.
When Comacho was processed, deputies said that the background check showed that he had previously entered the country illegally five times, in 1996, 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2005.
At the time, Sheriff C. David Stone said, "This subject has used 15 aliases, three different dates of birth and has been arrested in Florida, Michigan, and Texas on various charges. This guy has seen more of the country than I have."
Comacho was deported again on Feb. 23, 2008.
On Saturday, deputies got reports that two men had tried to swim across a small cove near a boat landing, and one had disappeared under water. Witnesses said they searched the area for approximately 15 minutes before calling 911.
A Pickens County Rescue crew located Comacho's body about 30 feet offshore in 22 feet of water.
