Actress Anne Hathaway’s scam-artist ex-boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri, was deported to his native Italy Friday, a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman said.

“ICE carried out the order of the immigration judge and removed Follieri from the United States May 25,” said spokesman Ross Feinstein.

Follieri was bounced from the country just hours after his release from federal prison in Pennsylvania, where he served time in a real-estate scam.

Follieri pleaded guilty to cheating investors by falsely claiming he had Vatican connections that enabled him to buy church property at a discount. He was sentenced in 2008 to four and a half years in prison.

The Italian playboy was flown out of Washington Dulles International Airport on a commercial flight, sources said.

Follieri admitted owing more than $3.6 million to those he ripped off. The proceeds supported a lavish lifestyle that included a $37,000-a-month New York City apartment and extravagant vacations with Hathaway, the star of “The Princess Diaries,” whom he dated for four years.
