It’s estimated 260,000 illegal immigrants are living in Nevada right now. Most of them get to stay.

The debate over how to control our borders continues to divide our nation.

When you look at the numbers, there is no question the immigration system is failing. Since October, between Nevada, Utah, Idaho and Montana, less than 4,200 illegal immigrants have been deported. Some critics blame federal enforcement efforts. Others blame a flawed system.
