The presence of certain sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) can significantly increase one’s chances of contracting HIV infection. A person who has both HIV infection and certain STDs has a greater chance of infecting others with HIV. The rates of STDs remain high among Hispanics/Latinos.

Well, that was 5 years ago. Multiply that statistic for the Hispanic population today, and we've got a whole lot of diseases floating around in our Country in the illegal population. Not a very comforting fact in addition to ALL of the other negative factors they keep spreading throughout the USA.
