    Lou Dobbs

Just got an e-mail from MAIA who are based in Phoenix. According to their report Lou was asked about "anchor babies." (This was asked of him during his book signing tour in Phoenix) Apparently he feels those born here by illegal aliens ARE citizens of the U.S. This is a major blow to any of us committed to ending this charade. I am dumbfounded. Would appreciate any clarification.

    wilma1,

If Lou said that, then he is correct. They are at the moment, considered citizens. However, we know the 14th Amendment has been Liberalized buy one judge.

Don't get too worked up about Lou. He's just one person, and not a constitutional expert.

I do not believe this. We may need to ask Dobbs that question again. He could have heard the question wrong.

Wouldn't get too concerned about this either. As it has been interpreted thus far it is the law and Lou is for following laws. Doesn't mean this is his opinion, he's probably stating a fact.

No, I understand what you guys are saying. I realize the law has been misinterpreted, however they way MAIA states it it is as though he (Lou)believes it should remain "misinterpreted." However I also think perhaps there is or was a misunderstanding.
