    Lawyer denied Obama’s Social Security info

    Laguna Niguel attorney Orly Taitz, best known for persistent legal efforts to prove that President Barack Obama is not a natural-born citizen, was rejected today by a federal judge in her pursuit of another allegation – that Obama is fraudulently using someone else’s Social Security number.

    Taitz’s lawsuit seeking the Social Security Administration’s release of private information was thrown out by U.S. District Chief Judge Royce Lamberth in Washington, D.C.

    Taitz notes on her website that the bad news is being delivered on her birthday.

    “Every birthday for the last 2-3 years I get garbage presents from the regime,â€

    It just kills me when they use "Public interest" and they deny her request. It is in the "public interest" to know whether or not our president is eligible.

    Surprisingly, the Social Security Administration won't even tell you what's in your own file. You don't know if your identity is stolen unless you run into credit problems.
