(Big Bend National Park)- Border Patrol agents have found the lone missing person from a group that got lost in the Big Bend National Park.

According to CBS 7's Eddie Garcia who spent the day gathering information about the group, he says that a Border Patrol Helicopter found the man's body a little after 6:00pm tonight.

He was found in the same area where the others were found.

Okay. So what are the parents being charged with? Child abuse, child neglect?
Mexico does tell people how dangerous it can be sneaking into the U.S., yet these parents continue to bring their children, the ones who "have no choice" as fans of the "Dream" like to point out, and I never read of them being charged or having their children placed in foster care. If an American parent took their kid on a hundred mile trek with inadequate supplies, they would lose that child. When an illegal does it, the authorities just look the other way. WHY? It's illegal to leave a child unattended in a hot car, but it's okay to have a child walk across a desert without water or shade?
