Mexico even dispatched a high level official to L.A....to oversee the trial and make sure that the scumbag illegal alien gets a 'fair' trial! You will never convince me that Jamiel was a gangbanger! Some will say it was just boastful adolescent behavior. Others will see Jamiel Shaw Jr. representing his set, the Rollin’ 20’s NHB, meaning Neighborhood Bloods, in MySpace as something darker.

But one thing became clear last week, when details in media reports depicted the slain 17-year-old football star as throwing up gang signs, claiming “IM A Tru G SABGâ€

and they say WE are racist and hateful.

The facts remain that Jamiel is dead and his killer is an illegal alien. If Espinosa had been previously deport, Jamiel would likely still be alive today. Jamiel and other kids like him are still dead. How many of their killers are in jail? How many of the killers are illegal aliens demanding special treatment?

They want to focus on the victims myspace page? Kids talk smack online every day, they share passwords between their myspaces. I see pictures of honors students from white suburbia flashing gang signs, it's the COOL thing to do. The thug culture is IN. Does that mean these kids deserve to die?!?! Let's not forget that people DO exaggerate and lie online.

Assume the worst, which I believe is not true...jamiel was a gangbanger. Even if true (highly unlikely), he was an AMERICAN CITIZEN murdered by an ILLEGAL ALIEN.

Case closed...illegal alien murderer should get the death penalty.

My thoughts exactly! This is a ploy to keep Special Order 40 in force but it's past time for it to be rescinded.

The comments left on the article in the LAWEEKLY are for the most part PRO-ILLEGAL and very disturbing!

Again and again and again, I just do not understand how our President and our congress can send our young men and women half way around the world in defense of the United States and refuse to defend our National Borders and Enforce our Immigration Laws while at the same time warning our military, for their own safety, not to wear their uniforms when traveling to "our" southern borders. Now the members of our military can no longer leave their children at home in a "major United States city" and expect them to be safe or a least as safe as the parents in a "combat zone"!!

In the meantime "our" FAMILIES are at the mercy of ILLEGALS and their Anchor Babies being murdered, raped, or robbed. But NOT to worry the Chamber of Commerce will get their "cheap labor", thanks to Bush and the Congressional Leadership, increasing "their privatized" PROFITS!!

More than likely his purpose is to block Jamiel's law.

Kids, like if you can round up a bunch to just lie and say something it is suddenly proof. Please. Just like 15 will jump one person and beat them to a pulp and claim the 1 person started it and since they have 15 lying through their teeth it must be true because they are the majority.

This is absurd! This was a very high functioning boy...excellent student, star athlete, college bound, no discipline problems whatsoever. I'd like to hear what the experts say about the probability of those characteristics in an active gang member.

To base anything on what appeared on a myspace account is ludicrous. My two oldest have them....on the condition that we have full access at all times.....and I know from seeing it happen to them and their friends that those accounts are very easily hacked. Also, with programs like Photoshop even the most computer illiterate among us can alter pics like a pro. Not to even mention that the "on line culture" is a land unto it's own where kids can become whoever they want to portray themselves, and others, as being. Personally, I'm not so sure that a jury would even take anything from myspace as serious evidence of anything. I know I sure wouldn't.

It is not beyond the realm of possibility that the gang is claiming affiliation with this kid because, with this being such a high profile case, they want to grab their 15 minutes.

It also cannot be overlooked that maybe things are being done to smear this boy's name in the interests of protecting a fellow gang member, a citizen of Mexico facing a death penalty case, or by those who don't want Special Order 40 repealed.

Whatever the case, the point is that this boy was a human being, an American citizen murdered in cold blood by an illegal alien who should not have even been here in the first place let alone protected by a Reconquista government interested only in their loyalty to a foreign government.

This needs to stop and Espinoza needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent
