Crackdown on illegal immigration

The European Union's 25 countries led by Spain is to put together a rapid-reaction plan to take effect as early as this month to step-up maritime surveillance in a desperate attempt to prevent Africans from illegally entering their shores. A draft statement adopted by the EU leaders after a two-day summit in Brussels last month, called for a permanent system to improve maritime border security and surveillance, including setting up "Rapid Border Intervention Teams".

Spain, anxious about losing control of its borders and apprehensive about its struggling economy, has pressed for closer cooperation among EU states after a sharp increase in the number of African migrants attempting to reach Spain. (See Senegal) It's been reported that more than 9,000 illegal immigrants have crossed by boat, dingy and ship and by any other means necessary from sub-Saharan Africa to Spain's Canary Islands - almost double the total for all of 2005.

Nine EU countries: Austria Britain, Greece and Germany, France, Finland, Italy and Portugal have given an undertaking to help Spain stop the African migrants in their tracks and protect its maritime borders by making available planes and naval boats and whatever is needed.

France is also cracking down on illegal African migrants in the country as part of its tough new policies. Interior minister Nicolas Sarkozy, architect of the onslaught on illegal immigration, has issued guidelines to the authorities to pull immigrant children out of school by the end of the school year (July) to be deported with their families.
Do you think that the EU has learned about it's failed massive illegal immigration problem from the riots in France, etc? Do you think our leaders should learn from the EU's experience? After all, the EU is part of the Globalists' plans, too.
