In April 2009, in a Charlottesville, VA courtroom, Circuit Judge Edward L. Hogshire sentenced Jeremias Chagala-Mil for the repeated rape of a local middle-school girl. Last November, he pleaded guilty to the crime, and admitted that he had sex with her many times.

In April 2008, the girl’s mother discovered what he was doing with her daughter and reported him to police. Since his arrest, he has expressed his desire to marry the 7th grader.

The 32-year-old Mexican national has continued to defend his actions to police, by maintaining that his behavior would not be a crime, and actually quite common throughout his own country.

Charlottesville Deputy Commonwealth’s Attorney Claude Worrell said of Chagala-Mil: “He said this young girl, who was 12 at the time, looked like she was sexually mature to him. He said in Mexico, any girl who looks sexually mature is fair game to have sex with.â€

Well, so much for Mexican family values protecting their female children. So much for assimilation of these rapists. They among other illegals are turning this country into a sewer, and if the Hispanic Caucus does not realize what harm amnesty could do, these congressmen should also be deported.

The south of the Border ILLEGAL invaders are moving North along with their "family values" our past President often proudly stated. Again and again he stated the U.S. was lucky that the ILLEGALS didn't leave their family values south of the Border while they continue to invade the United States. Of course he failed to mention all of the murders, drugs, rapes and various other values the ILLEGAL invasion would produce. The violence will scurry North into our Nation the same as the ILLEGAL invaders have been successful in accomplishing; but not to worry the Special Interest Groups and Political Contributors will continue to prosper with their cheap labor furnished to the ILLEGAL EMPLOYERS by the ILLEGAL invaders

What people fail to realize and I wish immigration would report is the number of illegals who have felony criminal records. That is why alot of them are here illegally. There was an investigative article on Channel 4 Miami's website where immigration caught around 27 illegals doing construction work on a school site. When they ran them between 5 and 7 had criminal records back in the country they came from. The worst part is the offense those people had would make them uneligible to work on that jobsite if they were Americans!
