    Last week, the South Carolina Hispanic Leadership Council said because it creates the $1.3 million enforcement unit, the immigration bill runs counter to the fiscal responsibility message on which Haley campaigned last year, its president told The State of Columbia, S.C.
    Now thats funny, you invader acccomplices just crack me up sometimes. I've got to give this ethnocentric Hispanic org kudos for at least trying a new twist to argue against enforcement. If they're so concerned about fiscal responsibility, I bet they're also opposed to illegal invaders getting any public benefits, right? How did you keep a straight face when you tried that one?? Ha ha ha.......
