She openly defied a deportation order for 4 years, and managed to trick her way into living in taxpayer funded Boston area public housing and then scurry off to Ohio when she was discovered....now "without preferential treatment" she gets a temporary reprieve from deportation? ...and how about any prosecutions for working illegally, possible misuse of identity documents, and possible fraud for obtaining Boston Public Housing? Oh yes...the rules don't apply to anyone related to "That One".

Obama's Kenyan aunt can stay in the US for now

Washington, Jan.27: President Barack Obama's Kenyan aunt, Zeituni Onyango, is being allowed to stay in the U.S. at least for now.

Immigration proceedings are underway to determine her status, reports Politico.

Onyango has been living in Boston, and has been under a deportation order for four years, but the order to remove her was lifted after a motion to reopen her case was granted last month.

Her attorney, Margaret Wong, told CNN that her client hasn't received any special treatment because POTUS is her nephew, but she did get to go to at least one ball, and had tickets to the swearing in ceremony. She is due in court April 1.
