PANAMA CITY BEACH -- An illegal alien arrested on a narcotics charge was found to have 35 pirated pornographic DVDs in his possession when his storage unit was searched, according to an incident report from the Bay County Sheriff's Office.

On Saturday, Feb. 6, Bay County Sheriff's Capt. Ricky Ramie of served a search warrant at a storage unit off Alf Coleman Road. A 5-gallon cooler was seized with a "minute amount of marijuana residue," according to Ramie's report. Also located in the storage unit were 35 DVDs, including multiple copies of each title with no manufacturer's insignia on the discs.

All evidence in the case will be destroyed, Ramie noted. The suspect was an illegal alien living in Panama City and was already charged with conspiracy to traffic in more than 25 pounds of marijuana before the search warrant on his storage unit was served. He will be deported, Ramie noted in the report.
