The small town of Guadalupe began to slowly return to normal on Saturday after two days of controversial and intense immigration patrols by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.

But residents and shop owners said the community was still on edge.

More than 50 deputies, 30 patrol cars and 60 civilian volunteers swept through the town on Thursday and Friday, arresting 47 people. Of those, nine were determined to be illegal immigrants.

Resident Pancho Francisco-Sierra said it was better on Saturday, but still nowhere near the same.

Others agreed the streets were unusually empty for a weekend afternoon. Only a few children and adults were walking and biking through the town.
Why would people be staying indoors unless they had something to fear. People usually don't have something to fear unless they have done something wrong! All the more reason to conduct another sweep in a few weeks!

How come none of the MSM ever ask American residents what they think of the raids?
    I'd really love to know.

Right! The MSM seems to have no problems in finding additional illegal invaders who are quick willing to condemn the raids( have never heard one say they support the efforts of law enforcement), but they can never seem to locate an American Citizen to ascertain their opinions of the situation.

The only conclusion I can reach is they know the majority of American Citizens will support the efforts while the majority of illegals will condemn the raids. I guess the MSM is only interested in condemning the raids so that's whose support or comments they actively seek out.

    Gotta love Arpaio!!!!!

This was the thing my neighbors have been having nightmares over since the May 1st marches. Helicopters, that would have been wonderful to see the scattering of criminal illegal aliens as the chopped swooped in to find them. Such are the dreams of patriotic Americans.
