    "Franklin Police Arrest Illegal Immigrant Found Masturbating"
    A Hispanic male in the country illegally was arrested after he was found masturbating under a pedestrian bridge in Franklin on Thursday.

    Raul Tovar, 24, was apprehended by Franklin police and charged with indecent exposure, evading arrest, resisting arrest, and criminal impersonation.

    Police said Tovar provided false information to detectives about his true identity. He was, however, positively identified through fingerprints.

    ..Tovar is being held, without bond, at the Williamson County Jail.

    The Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency has placed a hold on Tovar who now faces possible deportation.

    ...Uhhhhhhhh...dare I ask what "criminal impersonation" would be in this case?
