Three year old critically injured in Hall County beating

GAINESVILLE - The Hall County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an assault on a three year old child by the child’s stepfather.

Just after 05:30 P.M. Thursday afternoon deputies from the Hall County Sheriff’s Office say they responded to a report of a child being injured in the 2900 block of Dorsey Peek Road. Upon arrival of deputies and fire services, they say they discovered that a three year old child had been assaulted and had severe injuries. Due to the severity of the injuries the child was life flight by helicopter to Scottish Rite Hospital in Atlanta.

Investigators claim the incident revealed that the child had been in the custody of the step father while the mother was working. Upon arrival home the mother discovered that the child had been assaulted and called 911 for an ambulance. Investigators took the step father, 24 year old, Alejandro Chavez, of Gainesville into custody for questioning and later charged him with 1 count of Aggravated Battery and 1 count of Cruelty to Children 1st degree. He is currently being held at the Hall County Jail without bond. Alejandro Chavez

The child underwent emergency surgery at Scottish Rite Hospital in Atlanta and is currently in intensive care in critical but stable condition.

Chavez is an illegal immigrant and both DFACS and Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) have been notified according to the sheriff’s office.

Liberals don't want Americans to spank their children but they look the other way when illegal grown men beat helpless children almost to death. I believe most liberals/illegals are insane cowards.

They probably brag amongst them selves are how much pain and misery they cause to anyone smaller than themselves. As far I see liberal/illegals only fight if they can out number someone 10-1, blind side anyone so they can't fight back, attack small children, elderly, etc.
