In 2007 1,052,415 people from all over the world obtained legal residence in the United States. About 360,000 of them were foreigners from central and South America. That's 34%! And even if you strip the 14,000 from Brazil who speak portuguese it still is a huge number of people, just in one year, who speak Spanish!. Now go back 20 years and add 19 more numbers to that 360,000 and on top of that add all illegal immigration from south of the border and there you have it. And you wonder why we are being asked to press one for English? If this is not a recolonization of the United States by Spanish speaking people, an invasion that challenges our way of life then what is it?

It is not about those people, it is about our leaders who have betrayed us. Immigration should be ethnically, culturally, lingustically neutral meaning those people granted residence should be able to assimilate and we shouldn't have to worry about it.
