    Given the rising number of arrests involving Hispanics driving without licenses in Cobb County, its authorities suggest a simple means of avoiding those.

    In an interview with MundoHispánico, G. B. Hatfield Jr., the Police Chief for the county said that undocumented should always take along a receipt of their rent or mortgage payment.

    “There is a perception that were you Latino and were you not to have a driver’s license, you will be arrested and deported. That is not true!â€

    A rent receipt or mortgage payment receipt does not make a person legal! Additionally, it does not prove someone is who they say they are. Receipts don't have a photographs or description of the payer. It's no secret that one receipt can be utilized by 12 different illegals living in the same apartment or trailer.

    The illegals are going to game this guy. It is just as easy to fake rent and mortgage receipts as social security cards.

    G. B. Hatfield Jr., the Police Chief should be de-chiefed and fired for being an idiot.

    Whites, blacks, legal hispanics, and asians without drivers licenses are arrested because it's the law whether they carry a rent receipt or not.
