Coach taking players' passports to prevent trips to Juárez
Notre Dame coach taking players' passports to prevent trips to Juárez

Notre Dame football coach Brian Kelly isn't taking any chances when it comes to the safety of his players.
He is taking his players' passports to make sure they do not wander into Juárez when they are in El Paso for the Hyundai Sun Bowl, the Fort Wayne (Ind.) Journal Gazette reports.
"That's serious. Don't go over the border, or you may not come back, simply," Kelly said in The Journal Gazette. "Now I know El Paso is the safest city in the country, but it's serious. This isn't, 'Hey, let's give it a shot, guys, and jump in the car and see what it's like.'"

Brian Kelly needs to replace Nappy traitor!
You cannot dedicate yourself to America unless you become in every
respect and with every purpose of your will thoroughly Americans. You
cannot become thoroughly Americans if you think of yourselves in groups. President Woodrow Wilson

Need passport for return
If the border crossing there is like the one at Tijuana you don't need a passport to enter Mexico from the USA but do need one to enter the USA from Mexico.
