Deportee Arrested For Indecent Exposure In O.C.

Juan Gutierrez Bahena Allegedly Watched Boy, 12, Shower

(AP) LAKE FOREST, Calif. An undocumented immigrant has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and watching a 12-year-old boy in the shower through a window.

Juan Gutierrez Bahena had returned to the U.S. after he was deported a month ago after after serving time for drug possession.

On Monday, a boy said he saw a man watching him shower and told his mother.

An hour later, a woman called police when she saw a man drop his pants at a nearby apartment complex in Lake Forest.

Orange County Sheriff's deputies had to use their Tasers on Bahena when he resisted arrest.

Federal prosecutors could charge Bahena with a felony for returning to the U.S. after being formally deported.
