Giuliani in new ad: 'We can end illegal immigration'

You can watch the ad here and I notice he doesn't address illegals already here in this ad!

Giuliani in new ad: 'We can end illegal immigration'
Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani takes on the issue of illegal immigration in a new TV ad going on the air in New Hampshire and Boston.

"People are frustrated over immigration because the government has been talking about solving this for twenty or twenty-five years, and it's just gotten worse ...," he says. "We can end illegal immigration. The technology exists to do it, the people exist to do it. Now we need the political leadership and will to get it done:"

He has been in a prime position to do something about it and at a prime time - post 911 - to do something.

So now he realizes something needs to be done.

This is what I am talking about - their patriotic stripes will disappear after the election and they will be back , once again openly, working against us.

Yeah, Giuliani plans to "end" illegal immigration by granting amnesty to millions of illegal aliens in the country by giving them a special pathway. Giuliani also said in the Univision debate that interior enforcement doesn't work, and on top of this supports a "virtual" (i.e., non-existent) fence.

Giuliani is a total sham on illegal immigration and I hope voters become aware of this.

Actually for the limited times it has been tried, interior enforcement has worked -- that's why the OBL is so adamantly opposed to it.

Yes,populist I agree - for the limited times.

It just hasn't been tried enough to get the 'new car smell' off it.

Yes, it works. It is there to be used - use it.

Will it get all of them - of coure not.

We don't decide to not prosecute murderers because we can't catch them all.

I've included Ghouliani's last sentence of this ad that was cut off due to excessive length. See below.

"People are frustrated over immigration because the government has been talking about solving this for twenty or twenty-five years, and it's just gotten worse ...," he says. "We can end illegal immigration. The technology exists to do it, the people exist to do it. Now we need the political leadership and will to get it done:"
