    GUNTERSVILLE — Marshall County Commissioner Buddy Allen wants a resolution in place urging the local legislative delegation to include stronger language in a Senate bill on illegal immigration.

    The District 3 commissioner said the bill fails to address the financial burden on county taxpayers caused by illegal immigrants using Marshall Medical Center emergency rooms like doctor’s offices.

    “Basically, Marshall County is providing health care to illegals from Etowah and DeKalb because they know they can get the free health care from our hospitals,â€
