The State Population Council presented a “Socio-Demographic Profile of Youth in Pueblaâ€

The report points out that the most common conditions faced by young people are addictions, lack of opportunities and an early start to sexual activity.

They really do NOT want to "migrate" they want to become ILLEGALS. This is the reason most ILLEGALS and Anchor Babies do NOT intend to learn English or in anyway assimilate, their intentions are to game the system, take over the United States for their Third World Country or at least turn the United States into just another Third World Country! Ask the future ILLEGALS which country they support.
