National group aims at state bill giving in-state tuition to illegals

A national group that claims to have stopped in-state tuition for illegal immigrants in other states is bringing its fight to Colorado, where one lawmaker has introduced similar legislation.
Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is launching a campaign in Colorado to stop Senate Bill 170, which would allow illegal immigrants the opportunity of in-state tuition. ALIPAC will be circulating the document “How To Defeat In-State Tuition for Illegal Aliens In Your Stateâ€Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

For NJ: Contact Assemblyman Gordon Johnson (sponsor of A194) as he and his co-sponsor, Valerie Huttle are the only ones who can withdraw the bill. This in-state tuition bill hasn't moved from committee in over a year and there seems to be no interest in moving this forward.
