This is a letter from Bill, the ex-husband of Sara who was hit by an illegal alien drunk driver. I was sickened when I heard Sara's story. It was too much like Lilly Clarks. I wonder how many more stories are like this across America. We have got to wake up the sleepers in our Nation before we loose it forever to the Reconquista! I apologize for the length of this email but please read this carefully and pass it on.

As many of you on this email know about a year ago (9/9/07) Sara Cole (my ex-wife) was run over by a Drunk Illegal Alien and now a year later she is maimed for life. This particular case got noticed thanks to the hard work of many and for a moment in time politicians and others were looking at this case with concern. The criminal who ran over Sara had a prior DUI conviction and he was employed in Los Gatos, CA illegally hired by Classic Car Wash and Una Mas restaurant. The criminal, Lucio Rodriguez, was sentenced to six years in State prison where the people will spend huge tax dollars on his incarceration and then he will be deported to Mexico in late 2012.

Based on the current state of affairs in this country Rodriquez will be back in 2012. He will not be stopped at the border and he will not be questioned when he is hired again. He will most likely end up in LA, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Raleigh, Atlanta, New York, Boston, Eugene, Richmond, Los Gatos, etc. My point is who knows where he will end up but he will back and he will live amongst us again. As for his criminal behavior his public defender stated in so many words that he comes from a culture where drinking and driving is a normal thing and that he does not understand our culture. This really was said.

Last Spring we promoted AB 1882 which would have called for local police to notify Immigration Services when a DUI suspect committing bodily harm or property damage was arrested and determined to be an illegal alien. This bill was supported aggressively by Assemblyman Martin Garrick and his staff. The bill died very quickly with the Public Safety Committee headed by Assemblyman Jose Solorio. The common sense measure had no chance. Bills that actually make sense and could actually save lives and reduce spending have short lives because they are too controversial and complex.

I am writing you this email (and the list is limited so please pass this on to those that you think would benefit from this information) because I learned yesterday that on February 3, 2008 Lily Clark of Napa was run over by an illegal alien drunk driver who had previous DUI convictions. Lily was pinned between the criminals car and hers as she stepped out to get something out of her trunk. Lily lost both legs. Lily and her husband John and have two young children.

The similarities are frightening and the circumstances are bewildering. This criminal will also serve his time and probably before the age of 30 come back to the United States to a town near YOU.

The appall and the frustration turning to anger that I have toward this system and this State and this country is mounting. I know that each of you comprehend that thousands upon thousands of illegal immigrants cross our southern border daily to seek jobs and shelter. I know that most of you understand that many of these illegal immigrants turn to crime for survival and some for a lifestyle such as the gang bangers that killed Jamiel Shaw in LA and the Bologna family in SF. We have cities (do not be fooled Los Gatos IS ONE) that protect illegal immigrants through Sanctuary Policies and we have States that are trying to ignore E-Verification systems so employers need not be bothered by citizenship status. Did you know California is preparing to pass such a measure?

The media outside of Fox News is so biased it is sickening. The politicians cannot move on this subject. Our illegal immigration problem will bury this country under a pile of economic waste that we have never seen before. The most recent census bureau calculates that within 30 years we will have over 133M Hispanics in the United States. Hispanics are not the issue but an example of incredible growth - this issue is that today that number is around 30M so the growth is measured in terms of MASSIVE immigration. As the percentages play out that growth will be fuled with millions of impoverished and criminal elements that our children will need to support and be wary of daily.

The criminals that maimed Sara Cole and Lily Clark and the gangbangers that killed Jamiel Shaw and the Bologna family are still here and still using tax dollars to survive. The next case is happening now and we must all understand that it can happen at any time to any of us. We are at war here in the United States for our own survival and our sovereignty.

What to do? THE PEOPLE must get involved. STOP supporting employers that hire illegal aliens and tell them why. Walk up to the owner of the establishment and tell them why. Ask your local politicians what do the police do when they arrest an illegal alien for crimes like DUI. Attend rallies. The CA Minutemen are so outraged by the Lily Clark case and sanctuary policies they are marching on Capitol Hill (Sacramento) on 9/2 - attend and speak out. VOTE for the right people - stop putting people like Mike Honda in office. His Immigration record is a a BIG F according to Numbers USA. Please do not vote for Obama!!!!!!!!!!!!

Help people like Walter Moore get elected in LA. Walter authored Jamiel's Law and is running aggressively for Mayor of LA and he is determined to end the Sanctuary Policy of that city. www.waltermooreformayor.com. A victory for Walter would ne HUGE and would have a ripple effect across this State. LA is the second largest city in America and the Mayor is more important than the Governor. Google this effort - the current LA City Council is desperately trying to slow Walter and the Shaw Family down in their pursuits for justice.

Finally read this email and pass it on. We must educate ourselves on this problem and be diligent in finding resolutions. If you have ideas please share them. We cannot be idle or we will suffer and more importantly our children and grand children will suffer.

I do not want to leave CA or the United States but change needs to happen and we must stand up and demand it now.

I don't think our reps and govt give 2 craps about what these people go through, and if we leave America. Because their is a line of millions waiting to be here and you know republicans want cheap labor and democrats want voters.


How many more will die before they WAKE UP!!!!

It is so ridiculous, its like were all on a boat and one half is sinking from a hole, and one side keeps giving the other side life jackets to stick in the hole to stop it, but the side that is sinking the people take the jackets and put them on and say well its not that bad,well just start bailing it out and hope it doesn't sink, when the solution to save the boat and everyone is right in front of them! That's where I feel were at on this horrendous problem most of the time were screaming the answerers in their faces, But they are too proud of their ego's to just try our ideas out for some other stupid way that they think is best for everyone. Its down to 2 things in my mind. And that is one our govt. will keep on this stupid pace of just bailing out the boat handfuls at at time and our country will be so full of people it will not be able to sustain any type of life were used to. Or common sense will finally come by the will of the people and we will plug this hole and get on with our goals and lifestyles as the country that so many fight and die for everyday.
