I know a lot of people complain about La Raza's funding but just look at this, $16M to improve our technology. This is great news.

Very interesting, since they just opened one in the University of Texas El Paso (UTEP), which is called the National Center for Border Security and Immigration. "The center will be created in partnership with the University of Arizona in Tucson." "The university(UTEP) was elected the National Center for Border Security and Immigration earlier this year. It will receive up to six-million dollars over the next six years to aid in the research and long-term solutions to border security and immigration issues."

Now tell me, why two different centers in two locations???
