    Linwood, Kan. -
    A traffic stop near Linwood uncovered a case of alleged identity theft, according to a report from the Leavenworth County Sheriff’s Office.

    The 28-year-old woman who was stopped Tuesday is an illegal immigrant and allegedly was using a dead person’s Social Security number for employment purposes, according to the report.

    So was she arrested or given a notice to appear? Not a very good report.
