Arizona Attacked by Other States?

Has the USA gone crazy? Suddenly, City and State officials of many states are threatening boycotts of Arizona because these officials do not understand that Arizona has simply mirrored a current federal law to protect its citizens from drug dealers, criminals, rapists, kidnappers and terrorists who are swarming illegally across our borders to take jobs away from legal Hispanic citizens. This law prevents racial profiling, as police can only ask for a proof of citizenship if someone has already been stopped for a law infraction such as running a red light or going through a stop sign. Only then can a police officer check for citizenship by asking for an ID card such as a local driver's license or a genuine green card. No other documentation is often needed. Jan Brewer, the Arizona Governor, has made this clear on many TV interviews.
And yet politically inept politicians want to boycott Arizona resorts and other businesses. So, who does such a boycott hurt? Yes, the very people that the new Arizona law protects – resort maids, culinary workers, bell hops, gardeners, desk clerks and hundreds, if not thousands, of other jobs, especially small businesses – all of whom employ Arizona citizens, many of whom are Hispanics.
