Sep 7, 2007 — State police investigating a littering complaint along Interstate 83 in Springfield Township Thursday evening discovered 14 illegal immigrants in the back of a pickup truck.
The driver, Miguel Barajas Huerta, 43, of Baltimore, who is unlicensed and had been drinking, according to police, is charged with driving under the influence, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, drivers required to be licensed, littering and passengers in an open truck.

The truck was pulled over at 7:15 p.m. near mile marker 8 after police received complaints from witnesses about multiple occupants in the back of a Ford F-250 seen throwing objects from the vehicle.

Police detained the passengers after they could not provide valid identification, police said. Huerta told police that all of the passengers were illegal immigrants, police said.

All 14 passengers were transported in a Rabbittransit bus to York County Prison, where they were interviewed by immigration officials. They were determined to be in the country illegally, police said.

Huerta and the 14 illegal immigrants are being held at the York County Prison.

This is actually hilarious. Can you imagine a dumber thing to do??
Here these guys are, illegals, breaking the law by just being here. They are driving down the highway without licenses or insurance, drinking and weaving, heaving beer cans out the back of the truck!!!
The only thing that would have topped this is if they had actually hit a police car with one of the cans!!
There must be a law against someone this stupid being in our country isn't there?? Or at least a law against them procreating!!

Gathering up 12 million of these idiots wouldn't be a problem as McSlime says. We could pick these guys out in a minute! The only thing they could do to help us would be to wear fluorescent orange vests!!!

Was part of the article missing? It did not mention where the open border advocates were to roll out the red, white and blue carpet for these fine, upstanding new "undocumented workers". Or, if the ACLU acted quickly enough to file suit for racial profiling. Not to mention how many priests were competing to give them sanctuary.
