IL: Girl accuses stepfather of assualt, has multiple names,
Question? What exactly is a permanent resident card? I heard our police chief say that legal immigrants could be deported who commit a crime as well. Did the US actually allow this person to be a legal immigrant? Notice he went under multiple names, had a federal arrest warrant, and more. After he serves his time I want this guy out of our community and country. Zion is the city right next to Waukegan.

ZION -- A Mexican national has been arrested and charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault based on allegations by his young teenage stepdaughter, according to Zion police
Zion-Benton Township High School officials notified Zion police Jan. 18 after the girl told a school counselor that she had been raped at home by her stepfather numerous times since May while her mother was at work.
The girl told police the last rape occurred three days before she made her report to the school counselor. She said she screamed several times for him to stop, but he slapped her and continued the attack.
The girl said the stepfather threatened to kill her mother if she told anyone about the assaults.
Police said the stepfather was carrying identification cards bearing several different names during booking: a Mexican consular card, a permanent resident card and a Michigan driver's license. Zion police sent his fingerprints to the FBI, which reported back with his true identity and a reference to an active federal arrest warrant.
Police said he was interviewed about the rape charge and then taken to bond court.

Deportable offenses
Even a permanent resident (who is still legally a "non-U.S. citizen") and naturalized citizens can be stripped of their status and deported if convicted of any one of numerous "deportable offenses" such as the one described in this article. ICE has to be notified. The privilege of status as a LEGAL immigrant and a naturalized citizen can be revoked ...sadly, like all other federal immigration laws, it's not enforced very often.

Giving illegals amnesty will not eliminate the fake ID's. They will continue to use fake ID's when committing crimes, which includes collecting benefits.
Attrition and deportation of illegals currently in this country is the ONLY way to stop this.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

The article does not say if the permanet resident id card this guy was carrying belonged to him.
Therefore, it's possible he was an illegal, perhaps carrying the id of someone who was a legal resident alien. The article seems to be ambigiuous on this point. Intentionally so?Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
