Confirmed: Machete Is A Race War Epic

Comment from Alex Jones: Robert Rodriguez is a liar - when a script for Machete was leaked back in May, I pointed out that the film contained numerous elements that were highly offensive and could easily kick-start a race war. Rodriguez claimed that these scenes had been edited or removed for the final version. They were not – every part of the original script remains in the film almost word for word. http://www.infowars.com/leaked-machete- ... -war-plot/

When a Cinco De Mayo political trailer for the movie was released in reaction to the Arizona immigration situation, Rodriguez again claimed that this was satire and not representative of the film. http://www.aintitcool.com/node/44943?ut ... um=twitter In fact, the movie contains everything that appeared in this trailer and a lot more (including Jessica Alba’s provocative “the border crossed usâ€

Box Office: "The American" Beats Out "Machete"
    Posted September 5th, 2010

Able to pull away from the pack, "The American" has grabbed ahold of the top spot at the box office over the Labor Day holiday weekend.

Making for a tight race, the George Clooney flick has raked in $12.9 million since its early release on Wednesday - with Saturday night (September 4) garnering the most cash thus far.

Meanwhile, Hayden Christensen's "Takers" jumped to second place with $11.4 million by overtaking the new Jessica Alba/Lindsay Lohan flick "Machete" - which pulled in $11.3 million.

Same here. I was really excited to see this movie when I saw the trailer during Grindhouse a few years back. I had no idea that this was going to turn into us vs. them movie.

So let's see here, basically this movie represents the violence in Mexico that is created by Mexico and it's citizens, except the "Mexicans" are represented by white people. Makes perfect sense!

I will NOT be supporting this movie in any way, and my fan card for Robert Rodriguez is being burned. Mexico is at fault for their violence, not us.
Don't think about all the things you fear, just be glad you're here.

Right on. Way to go Rodriguez! Lets alienate your white American audience - keep up the good work! Over the weekend, I sat and wondered what it would be like to be a white person in that theater. I wonder if the hispanic viewers hooted and hollered every time a white guy got hacked up?
