The reason the turnover wasn't high with illegal workers is because they are here illegally, how many options do they have??

Makes me wonder what the conditions in the plant are. A Smithfield ham used to be a thing of pride. Did they change working conditions in the plants to up production and they were able to do that BECAUSE of having illegal workers who wouldn't complain?
