    As a psychological detterent it may be worthwhile creating a tent city. This would add to the deterrent of random selection for expedited removal.

    Yeah really. This sounds like another one of Shrub's half baked measures to secure our borders. Note to Bush, ALL illegal aliens are to be deported, not just a certain ethnicity of illegals. Just like Shrub to implore one of his half baked measures to protect and coddle Mexican squatters at the expense of our national security.
