Montgomery County's Department of Health and Human Services can't account for more than $900,000 it paid to a child-care center for Latino immigrants founded by a local school board member, according to the county's inspector general.
The county approved 70 invoices to Centro Familia in fiscal years 2007 and 2008 without verifying the “validity and appropriatenessâ€

Are they immigrants or are they illegals?

With the Internet, there is no need to claim that "we don't know", and I recommend that any agency that receives ANY government support be required to post their expenses.
