CALL or EMAIL Gov Heineman at dave.heineman@nebraska.gov 402-471-2244 Say something like this:

"I understand Sens Ashford, Nordquist and Mello will either attach an amendment for prenatal services to illegal aliens to an existing bill OR they will propose a program where the state funding portion would be from private donors and receive matching federal money to cover the costs. Please OPPOSE/VETO any plan that allows funding for illegal aliens.

The point in cutting off benefits and services is that illegal aliens will LEAVE OUR STATE. Let another state put them on THEIR welfare programs for the next 18 years. KPTM Ch 42 reported last night that One World Community Center will open a "SPECIAL CLINIC" for them on March 29th @ FIVE BUCKS a visit. Won't they be breaking state law LB403? - EMTALA only requires emergency services!

IS THAT FAIR TO PREGNANT NEBRASKANS WHO HAVE TO PAY FULL MEDICAL BILLS OR PAY HIGH INSURANCE PREMIUMS? WHERE IS THEIR PRENATAL CARE FOR ONLY FIVE BUCKS? WHERE IS THEIR SPECIAL CLINIC? Doesn't our state Constitution say that a bill CAN NOT be passed that provides benefits or services for a "select" group?

They should deport One World Community Center complete with all the illegal aliens they're aiding and abetting.

I know - can you believe this?!? Citizens go without OR pay through the nose while illegal aliens get $5 buck visits.

My head hurts - I'm looking into this to see if the citizens or state can bring legal action against them.

I'd urge all pregnant women in NE and neighboring states to go to this One World place and demand the $5 visit. Let's see them handle the deluge. Bring a video camera and tape their reaction, especially if they refuse to treat Americans.

What a great idea.

The ACLU will soon follow.

I'm waiting for legal advice as to any legal action citizens may take - will share info when I have it.

Also, we could protest outside the facility and put pressure on ICE to conduct a raid.
