Mexican consulate in Boise pushed by Mexico-linked activists

Mexican consulate in Boise pushed by Mexico-linked activists

The Mexican government has apparently applied to the U.S. State Department to open a new consulate in Boise, Idaho, and they might have already rented office space. This followed a petition drive which garnered 10,000 signatures in support of the new consulate.

At least two of those pushing the scheme have links to the Mexican government.

The first mentioned in the article is Lucio Prado of Boise. He has a radio show () and has or had some involvement with an Acapulco restaurant. He also serves on the board of the Catholic Charities of Idaho (http://www.catholicidaho.org/cci_page.cfm). And, from this: http://www.unido.com/archive/v10e11/titulares.php
SALT LAKE CITY-- The Local Council of Mexicans Abroad West of the Rockies was formed on September 17 in Salt Lake City. The Council is part of the Mexican Consulate. The formation of the council was attended by 45 advisors or community leader from the four states that are covered by the Mexican Consulate - Montana, Wyoming, Idaho and Utah. Representing Idaho were Lucio Prado, Juan Jose Mena and Juanita Gonzalez of Boise, Rafael Ortiz of Nampa and Esperanza Taylor of Caldwell.
Gonzalez is also noted as one of those involved in the petition drive. There's local opposition from Republican Congressmen Bill Sali and possibly Mike Simpson, but it might not be enough.

By opening consulates (50 so far) all over the US is the way that the Mexican government is taking over the US little by little. The consulates are opened to help illegal aliens and to meddle in US laws. American citizens need to protest the opening of these consulates by Mexico.

    Of the 10,000 signatures:
    * How many reside in Idaho?
    * Are they adults or did parents add children's names?
    * Are the signatures those of registered voters?
    * Are the signatures those of U.S. citizens?

Does the petition include name and adress?

Is Mexico preparing for a touchback amnesty plan--Mexicans leave the U.S. by going to a Mexican Consulate?

Mexican consulates involve themselves with U.S. domestic affairs and engage in political subversion of our government. Mexican consulates exceed their duties and the Mexican government is well-known for it's corruption.

Since Mexico can maintain such a great number of Consulates they don't need U.S. aid and funding.

Rather than opening Mexican consulates, the U.S. should be closing them to get down to a reasonable number.

The United States has 9 Consulates in Mexico.

"The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence." Article IV Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution.
"Distrust and caution are the parents of security."
    Benjamin Franklin

Illegal aliens are very aware of the smorgasbord of benefits awaiting them in America. That’s why they come. They are also aware of what companies hire illegal aliens in the areas they decide to locate. Advance knowledge is provided ala the multitude of ‘Invader Advocate Groups’ and is an ongoing process once the illegal arrives. The illegal alien advocate network is a coordinated amalgam of groups that aid illegals in getting jobs, assist them in housing, direct them in enrolling their children into our schools, advise them on utilizing our hospitals for their medical care, advise them and aid them in filling out the paperwork to access public benefits such as welfare and food stamp programs. Do you actually think that 20 million plus illegal aliens could come here, blend almost seamlessly into our society and operate effectively and with impunity without a massive network of family ties, ethnic allegiances and a multitude of support groups including foreign consulates on American soil? Think I’m off base? Then think of just this one example: When have you ever heard of a raid on illegal employment locations without an immigration lawyer or a multitude of lawyers (including those from the ACLU) and “immigrant aidâ€

I'd like to know where the 10,000 signatures came from. Mexico?

No full-blooded American would EVER sign a petition to have ANOTHER MEXICAN CONSULATE OFFICE added. WE DONT NEED THEM! We already have 49- what do we need 50 for! ITS IS RIDICULOUS! IMO, it is an INVASION OF A FOREIGN GOVERNMENT!
RIP Butterbean! We miss you and hope you are well in heaven.-- Your ALIPAC friends
