Thread: O'Reilly Petition

Bill O'Reilly has set up a petition on his web site with the goal of obtaining 1 Million names to present to every major elected official voicing our concern for better border security and control of illegal immigration.

The address is www.billoreilly.com. Unfortunately, it appears that the site has gone down, probably due to the volume of traffic. I plan to keep trying. O'Reilly is an influential guy and when he speaks, a lot of people listen. When he speaks with an amen chorus of 1 Million, maybe the people who count will listen.

I enthusiastically support the petition and will promote it among my friends.

I think that this petition should be circulated in Latino/Hispanic/Chicano communities everywhere. I am sure that there will be substantial support from many patriotic Mexican-Americans. To not promote the petition among these populations is to miss a great opportunity to guage the support (or lack thereof) among Latinos/Hispanic citizens.

If someone could keep statistical track of the racial/ethnic breakdowns of the petition results, the data could be useful for many purposes... including helping our cowardly politicians feel more confident in doing "what is right" for Ameica instead of being intimidated by Latino/Hispanic minorities that are hostile to America.

Hey, all you patriotic Chicano (Hispanic/Latino) readers, let's get behind the petition and show Washington que "YA BASTA".

That has been up for a while. I signed it and I noticed a lot of others did too so hopefully he reaches his goal. We finally have some guys like Rush and O'Reilly who a lot of people tune into on our side on this issue.

Thanks for posting the O'Reilly Petition! I signed and noticed alot of people had signed. Everyone who wants emergency action on the borders should sign the petition.
