Fort Wayne girl is dead because of nation’s immigration failures

If not for illegal immigration, Alejandra Gutierrez might be a happy young girl today, not the tragic victim of rape, murder and America’s self-destructive tolerance of political correctness.

We’re not supposed to notice that Rios would not have been in a position to brutalize and strangle his 10-year-old neighbor had he not been allowed to enter this country illegally seven years ago and remain here despite arrests for drunken driving in 2001 and for hitting his wife in 2003.

Nor are we supposed to notice that Rios later allegedly killed Ana Casas and their three young daughters – and that it could now cost Allen County taxpayers more than $400,000 to try a man who should not be here in the first place.
