Obama: Immigration enforcement = terror

Barack Obama spoke to the National Council of La Raza and in one sentence managed to do what most Hot Air readers would consider the impossible — he put distance between himself and John McCain on immigration. Calling the ICE terrorists, Obama made his position on border security and immigration enforcement plain. He thinks they’re fascist:

When communities are terrorized by ICE immigration raids, when nursing mothers are torn from their babies, when children come home from school to find their parents missing, when people are detained without access to legal counsel, when all that is happening, the system just isn’t working, and we need to change it.

So now the US government is a terrorist organization? Not only does this demonstrate his demagoguery on immigration, it also shows his cluelessness in the war on terrorists. If he can’t tell the difference between al-Qaeda and ICE, then not only should he not be President, but Illinois needs to answer for his selection as a Senator.

The ICE raids workplaces when they have probable cause to suspect an employer of hiring illegal aliens. They arrest workers who have false IDs and/or cannot prove their identification. The ICE takes pains to find children who have been in school when these raids occur and no other guardian can be found, and unless I missed a news story, ICE agents do not tear babies from nursing mothers’ breasts. Does Obama have a citation for that, or does he just feel like lying to people to make ICE agents sound like Nazi brownshirts?

And if that’s what Obama thinks of ICE, why has he done nothing about them during the three years he’s been in the Senate?

Illegal workers wouldn’t get rounded up and arrested by ICE if they hadn’t entered the country illegally. When people break the law, they’d better be prepared to get arrested. If Obama wants to change that, then let him propose the bill that does it, which thus far in his career he has declined to do. Until then, Obama had better do some studying to learn the difference between American law enforcement and terrorists.

Obama will babble anything people want to hear, he's a politician and wants your votes. Same for McCain. They also leave out alot.

Illegal aliens & gangbangers - CRIMINALS.

Neither will be able to deliver ANY "comprehensive" immigration "reform". The POTUS does not have that power, only Congress does and we already know how that went last time around, don't we? Pandering to IA lovers has just pissed off even MORE Americans and there is NO chance in hell of amnesty passing.

This guy is delusional! Obama may putting this country in danger by pandering to this tempremental group of people through statements critical of our law enforcement agencies. Apparently, the rule of law means nothing to this guy, which is ironic, given he is or was an officer of the court.

Obama is pouring gasoline on the fire with these people and in the process, putting the lives of ICE and other law enforcement officers in danger. There's no telling how such statemtnets could be perceived within the illegal invader community, or how la raza may choose to interpret and disseminate to those it represents.

ICE officers could potentially face armed or violent resistence from these people when they attempt to enforce the rule of law in this country because of such statements. Obama has NO right to put or law enforcement officers or this country in danger in his quest for the White House!

Obama is advocating for treason against the United States and for violent acts to be committed against White citizens, especially poor whites who are accused of being "western European".

This is an individual of very, very poor moral character who gets to skate into the presidential office on the coattails of "white guilt.

Obama is despicable!! The more pandering he does to the Hispanic La Raza types, the more he screws himself.

Law enforcement are terriorists? Nice work Obama. This man makes me ill.

The treason coming from any and all of these CFR globalist puppets should not surprise anybody. This includes Jorge Boosh, Juan McAmnesty and the Obomination along with others.

If the invaders are ever given another amnsety, they will be resented and, yes, rejected by the American people for generations to come. It would divide this country more profoundly than the OBL could have ever imagined. And hopefully it will serve to wake up the American sheeple and finally cause the backlash against the traitorous politicians and other open borders traitors that is absolutely justified.

Chuck Baldwin is still a viable candidate for POTUS (if enough people knew about him and he could get enough votes). He's running on the Constitution Party ticket. Seems to me that we could use some more "Constitution" in Washington these days. The lamestream media puppets will do their utmost to make sure that the vast majority of sheeple never hear the name of Chuck Baldwin. And they will succeed in that undoubtedly. Therefore at this point I can only scratch my head and reason that if the American people are going to be STUPID they'll have to be TOUGH!

It's already happening, look at Ramos& Compeon and the border patrol agent recently killed by being run over! There is no justice for our brave citizens only for IA invaders! The border patrol is a joke not because of those who serve but because of those in charge who tie their hands and don't allow them to do their jobs. ICE is now in danger and will meet violent resistance but it won't be given the same media coverage as the IA sob stories.
