    Tornadoes Leave Trail of Destruction in Mich.


    Photo courtesy WDIV-TV(MICHIGAN) - Authorities have found the bodies of two people missing after severe weather ripped through much of the state. The discovery raised the death toll from the overnight storms to at least three. A 29-year-old man was killed in Kalkaska when his mobile home was destroyed by a tornado.

    The immediate Detroit area has been spared by the heavy storms. Hardest hit were the northern lower peninsula, mid-Michigan, and the thumb. Several twisters have left thousands of homes and businesses without power across the state. Power is out in parts of Ingham, Shiawassee, Eaton and Tuscola counties, and in the tri-cities.
