Two Illegals Rape A Woman In Woodbridge

Here’s a prime example of why Governor Kaine’s refusal to have the Commonwealth enter into the Section 287(g) program is so troubling: Overnight on Sunday evening, Prince William County Police arrested two illegal aliens suspected in a rape that happened on Carter Lane in Woodbridge. One of these illegals had previously been deported, which makes his presence in the United States a felony. Since the Prince William County Adult Detention Center participates in the Section 287(g) program, and their MOU with ICE allows officers to act in cases of rape, both of these illegal aliens will be processed for deportation.

Had these individuals been arrested by the State Police and held by the Virginia Department of Corrections, the illegal alien which had previously been deported probably would be picked up by ICE. The other would likely have not, and been added to the Virgina Sex Offender Registry, and released back into the community. Here’s a real, live example of how Governor Kaine’s intransigence is endangering us all.

Also of note is how the Manassas Journal-Messenger has done such a good job of reporting this. They covered a house break-in in today’s edition, as well as a resisting arrest incident. But since this was a case of illegal aliens preying on Prince William County residents, we get silence.

UH! More sick vile criminals! Deport them ALL!!!

At first I though it was Woodbridge, New Jersey but I looked again and it was Virginia.
