Among the notices on the local Wal-Mart missing children bulletin board tonight, 13 or 14 (out of 16) were of Hispanic children.

Is this significant or meaningful? Is kidnapping more prevalent in the Hispanic community? Or was this just a collection put together for Hispanic shoppers this week, and next week there will be one for African-Americans?

(I would have asked for a statement from store management, but it was after 11 PM.)
