Healthcare legislation and immigration legislation are intertwined in the Obama administration’s agenda. Universal healthcare (the current label for nationalized medicine) is essential to restructuring the republic, as is open-border immigration to restructuring the electorate.

President Barack Obama’s election was achieved partly because of the minority vote. As a fresh charismatic face in politics, he received 74 percent of the Hispanic vote, in return for his support of comprehensive immigration reform with a “pathway to citizenshipâ€
