Orange County Center For Hispanics May Have To Cut Services
Orange County Center For Hispanics May Have To Cut Services
POSTED: 7:12 pm EDT May 24, 2005
ORANGE COUNTY, N.C. -- Short on time and money, Orange County's Hispanic center may have to cut back on services.
Leaders with El Centro are asking county and town leaders for money to help stay afloat.
El Centro said it lost critical grants and is now $30,000 short on operating expenses.
If it does not come up with the funding by June 30, the center may have to move from its current location and cut back services.
