If they want to use the 67.6% are Latino then the city should say to them: " Latinos must not be voting for the Latino candidates since you have proven you have the majority".. Let the whining Latinos explain why no Latino has gained office.

And the reason that the Latino's did not win was ? Nobody was legal enough to vote?
I was born in Compton, it wass once the HUB City of LA! Very nice city, but that was a long time ago, now I would never drive across it with out being locked & Loaded.

Here's the reason - how many of the 67.6% are legal and able to vote? They want an advantage for Hispanic voters so the illegals can also be represented, at the expense of black citizens.

I'll bet they're aiming for a voting rule change like the one in upstate NY.

The one where they're allowed to vote for one candidate SIX times rather than placing one vote for 6 different candidates.
