L Ingraham Rips Apart Nancy Lyall of Mexicanos Sin Fronteras

Laura Ingraham Rips Apart Nancy Lyall of Mexicanos Sin Fronteras [Video/Audio]
    By Digger

In a showing that these illegal alien support groups don't even know what the hell they are talking about, Nancy Lyall, the legal coordinator for the group "Mexicanos Sin Fronteras", went on the Laura Ingraham show and stated that the separation of powers in the Constitution refers to Federal, State and Local governments. Using this logic she says that local and state government cannot enforce immigration laws.

Of course this is a completely idiotic statement as the separation of powers refers to the Judicial, Legislative and Executive branches of the government

Laura Ingraham opens all barrels on Nancy Lyall after letting her rant and rave for awhile and paint herself into a corner.

    Simply brilliant...

nd stated that the separation of powers in the Constitution refers to Federal, State and Local governments. Using this logic she says that local and state government cannot enforce immigration laws
Hmmm, well then, using that as our benchmark, then I guess all Fed-local cooperation in the realm(s) of:

    Drug laws,
    Racketeering,
    Corruption,
    Interstate Commerce,
    etc.

Can be 'voided' as well, right? (requisite sarcasm intended). NOT!!!

Here's a question for the people that are sympathetic to the views as in the OP...

If it is not permissible under current [Federal] Law to allow local enforcement and related ordinances [to fight illegal immigration], then how is it, that 'sanctuary cities' [and other jurisdictions] are allowed to exist?
Because, as the pro-illegal proponents say, "it's a federal matter" (eg. presume the supremacy of Federal law in this area)...

Oh yeah - as an afterthought, and overlooking the blatantly obvious...

The "Separation of Powers" refers, of course, to the separate branches of government: Executive, Legislative and Judicial - and is not intended to refer directly to Fed, State, and Local entities.

Just this weekend the Feds shut down 3 medicinal marijuana coops in San Mateo, CA. These are legal at the state level as authorized by California voters. There is no constitutional provision for this kind of federal control over states, just as there is no provision for federal control over schools, etc. Separation of local, state and federal laws?? Not so much when localities and states try to do the right thing by its residents

I would've loved to see the looks on the faces of the parasites Nancy Lyall represents when she got schooled by Ms Ingraham but,I don't believe they will ever know how bad she got spanked because none of them speak/understand English.
